(As you can see, I am smiling awkwardly)Today we made 11-12 quiches. Once again I paired up with Helena.
Baking with Helena was very fun and interesting because I learnt how to re-use the left over pastery we had and I got to learn a bit more about Helena.
- One sheet of puff pastery
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
Step 1 - Cut the puff pastery into 12 pieces.
- Put pastery into two muffin trays.
Step 2 - Dice ham.
- Add ham to the muffin tray.
- Add cheese also.
Step 3 - Whisk 4 eggs together with 1/2 cup of milk.
- Add evenly to muffin tray.
Step 4 - Bake for 15 minutes at 180℃.
