Harry's War - Comic
Today my reading group Percy Jackson read a comic called " Harry's War " It was an interesting comic. It was about a soldier called "Harry". Harry lived on a farm with his friend "Ted". It explained how Harry felt in war. He was bored, unhappy and depressed. Harry sent a postcard to his best friend " Ted ". He wrote how he felt about camp and being a soldier, he also asked Ted some questions about him. Like "How are you doing?" or "How is the farm?". I learnt two new words/palaces by reading this comic.
What an interesting comic you've read. From your explanation I get the gist of what the book is about - and me being the one to love books about war and journals/biography's I was very intrigued at first glance. Something for maybe next time would be using different sentence starters and making longer analysis on the book. To get people to think critically of the book/comic. All in all - it was good anyways, and that was just my opinion.
